Scraped data from 533 million Facebook profiles, including mobile numbers, Facebook IDs, full names, locations, birthdates, relationship status, and email addresses — later circulated freely online in 2021.
A 2013 breach of Adobe's systems exposed 153 million user records including internal IDs, usernames, emails, encrypted passwords, and plaintext password hints — many passwords were later cracked.
In 2021, data from over 700 million LinkedIn profiles was scraped and offered for sale, including emails, full names, phone numbers, physical addresses, and inferred salaries.
In April 2021, 13 TB of data from Domino's India appeared for sale after a breach dating to March 2021. It included 22.5 million unique email addresses, names, phone numbers, order histories and physical addresses.
The stolen identity marketplace Genesis Market was shut down by the FBI in April 2023 ("Operation Cookie Monster"). It sold stolen browser credentials, cookies, and device fingerprints enabling full account takeover.
